What you'll do

• Serve as the main client contact during pre-litigation
• assist with client intake and gather accident reports, medical records, and insurance information
• obtain and organize medical records and bills
• draft and submit demand letters
• maintain case files and correspondence
• work with pre-litigation attorneys
• monitor deadlines and ensure timely claim filing.
