Technical Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide user training and frontline support for computers, printers, wireless access, eFax, VoIP, projection, audio, and multimedia resources
• troubleshoot service requests and develop solutions
• coordinate vendor service and technology upgrades
• perform minor equipment repairs
• record service activity and maintain inventory documentation
• support campus events, including those outside business hours
• assist with software selection and train work-study technicians
• monitor vendor-reported issues and test resolutions.
