What you'll do

• Develop manufacturing methods for high-temperature thermal protection material systems
• assist materials, process, manufacturing, and quality engineers with technical and procedural issues
• develop fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing solutions
• maintain engineering policies and procedures
• support design reviews and technical documentation
• collaborate with production, facilities, management, and EHS
• ensure safety, quality, and certification compliance
• troubleshoot processes and support continuous improvement.
