Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lee's Summit, MO. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The role supports maintenance operations across PRAXM communities and helps maintain property condition and resident satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests
• maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems
• document preventive maintenance
• identify risks and recommend solutions
• prepare vacant apartments for market
• assist with inspections and upkeep of common areas, pools, amenities, grounds, and parking
• support landscaping and snow removal
• respond to urgent issues and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
