What you'll do

• Answer patient calls
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• make reminder calls
• route calls and address patient needs
• process paperwork
• explain documents patients need to provide
• accurately enter, maintain, and retrieve data in the electronic medical records system
• communicate with patients’ care teams as needed. Medical scheduling experience, Indiana residency, and Spanish bilingual communication skills are required.
