Senior Software Engineer V, Tactical Strike Systems

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor software development teams of 5–15 engineers
• define full-stack architecture and design patterns for missile system applications
• lead technical, design, and code reviews
• make technical decisions on tools and frameworks
• serve as technical interface with government customers and program management
• promote open systems and MOSA principles
• support flight test operations and post-test analysis
• ensure adherence to military and aviation safety, cybersecurity, and RMF standards.
