The Registered Behavior Technician role is home-based and clinic-based in Westchester County, NY, with pay of $26–$30 per hour. Kids First provides Applied Behavior Analysis, speech, occupational, and mental health therapies to clients and states a mission of helping every child thrive. Working under BCBA Supervisor treatment plans, the technician provides one-to-one support, prepares program materials, implements treatment procedures, records data, communicates with families and supervisors, and assists with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.

What you'll do

• Work one-to-one with clients in home- and clinic-based settings
• implement BCBA Supervisor treatment plans and prepare materials
• support toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills
• maintain accurate data and notes
• review supervision recommendations
• participate in training, evaluations, and meetings
• assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed
• communicate with colleagues and families
• track supervision hours and renew RBT certification
• follow BACB ethics and HIPAA policies.

Why this role

The posting requires three to four years of relevant one-to-one, child/adult, case-management, and ABA experience; RBT certification is required or must be obtained within three weeks of starting.
