What you'll do

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through litigation
• draft and file complaints, pleadings, discovery, and other documents
• coordinate document production, deadlines, calendars, and scheduling
• assist with motions, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trial preparation
• prepare medical summaries, chronologies, exhibits, and trial notebooks
• communicate with clients
• maintain accurate confidential case files
• track deadlines and next steps.
