What you'll do

• Establish launch workflows for repair scheduling, parts procurement, and hardware/software handoffs
• provide on-site launch support
• onboard and train Fleet Support Specialists on SAP, Jira, and internal tools
• maintain launch playbooks and technical procedures
• relay field repair feedback
• conduct site audits and repair-order inspections
• support launch dashboards
• configure SAP manufacturing orders
• maintain bills of materials and parts traceability
• train local teams on help-desk requests and inventory
• coordinate maintenance intervals.
