The Theatre Floor Staff role is onsite in North Bend, OR. Compensation is $15.55–$16 per hour. Coming Attractions Theatres provides guest service through ticket and concession sales and theatre operations. The role supports a clean, orderly, and welcoming theatre by serving guests, processing sales, monitoring auditoriums and public areas, and assisting with opening, closing, and other operational tasks. The position requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll do

• Serve guests in ticket and concession areas
• keep sales areas clean, organized, and stocked
• communicate promotions
• process ticket and concession sales, prepare food items, operate POS terminals, and make change
• maintain cash funds and notify managers about cash drops
• conduct theatre and exterior checks
• monitor seating availability
• check auditoriums, restrooms, and game areas at closing
• assist with crowd control and policy enforcement
• prepare concession stands for opening or closing
• track inventory and spoilage
• handle minor complaints and refer difficult situations to a manager.
