It also supports customer communication, accurate estimates and records, and the development of junior electricians.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical crew activities
• review plans, blueprints, and specifications
• monitor progress and troubleshoot issues
• prepare job estimates from inspections or blueprints
• enforce electrical codes and safety standards
• maintain records and invoicing
• coordinate with project managers and supervisors
• mentor junior electricians
• meet customers onsite about project needs and updates.
