The Nutrition Services Aide role is onsite in Monticello, WI; compensation is not specified. The position supports patient nutrition at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation provider. What you'll do

• Maintain hot and cold food temperatures
• follow recipes and written or verbal instructions
• break down carts and remove tray scraps
• assemble and deliver late trays, supplements, nourishments, and special requests
• portion, weigh, and garnish food according to menus and diet instructions
• assemble patient trays on schedule
• assist patients with menus
• clean and sanitize assigned areas.

Why this role

A food-handler permit is required if mandated by state or county regulations. Training in therapeutic-diet food preparation, institutional cooking, special-function cooking, and food-safety knowledge are preferred. Weekday or weekend, evening, or night work may be required.
