CNC Laser Turret Operator — 2nd Shift

The CNC Laser Turret Operator — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Buffalo, MN, with pay of $21.50–$33.50 per hour; the second shift also includes a $2.50 differential. R&M Manufacturing produces precision sheet metal components and supports customers from prototyping through production. This operator sets up, runs, and maintains CNC laser turret punch machines to produce sheet metal parts to engineering specifications. The role supports accurate, consistent production through blueprint interpretation, material verification, machine monitoring, quality checks, and safe, orderly work practices.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC laser turret punch machines
• configure tooling, fixtures, offsets, and program parameters
• load and verify sheet metal
• inspect and record dimensions
• report and troubleshoot out-of-spec parts
• maintain part counts, job information, and labor data
• perform secondary operations, package or transfer finished parts, sort scrap, conduct routine checks and basic preventive maintenance, and keep the work area clean and organized.
