Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Cambridge, OH. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. Hickory Recovery provides acute care for adults experiencing mental health issues or co-occurring disorders, with a focus on treatment and well-being. The aide supports the Dietary Department by preparing and serving client meals and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The work helps provide healthy meals, including special diets ordered by physicians, as part of the facility’s client care.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to the established menu
• share food preparation duties
• serve special diets in accordance with physician orders and standards
• wash dishes and clean kitchen work areas and equipment
• assist with food inventory
• report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment
• and maintain a professional approach with coworkers and clients.
