What you'll do

• Provides basic nursing care, assists in resident assessment, documents assessments, participates in care planning, implements nursing interventions, administers medications and treatments, answers call lights, assists with ADLs, completes continuing education, and maintains knowledge of best nursing practices.

What we're looking for

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse

Experience

Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. Long-term care/Rehab/Assisted Living experience preferred. Current license in the state you will be working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. IV Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment. Current CPR/AED Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment.
