What you'll do

• Gather customer requirements, pain points, optimization opportunities, and security concerns
• create and manage assignment tickets
• conduct office hours, system monitoring, requirements gathering, and basic engineering support
• help optimize projects and educate users on cloud usage
• provide customer feedback to government teams
• explore service automation and templating
• update documentation and communication processes related to Zero Trust architecture and cybersecurity accreditation.
