The Retail Department Coordinator is an onsite role based in Scarborough, ME, with a starting pay range of $18.00 to $18.50 per hour. This position supports the retail operations at HomeGoods, a global leader in off-price retail. This role exists to ensure the efficient flow of goods from the backroom to the sales floor. By leading and mentoring associates, the coordinator maintains high merchandising standards and contributes to a positive customer experience through an organized and clean store environment.

What you'll do

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards, orchestrates truck deliveries, trains and mentors associates, ensures merchandise is properly tagged and coded, organizes back stock, maintains signage standards, and supports store shrink reduction programs.
