Director of Dining Services

The Director of Dining Services works onsite in New Kensington, PA. Compensation is $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Oversee dining operations
• follow company dining policies
• purchase food and nonfood items
• manage raw food and supply budgets
• use standard recipes
• ensure proper food temperatures, portions, and prescribed diets
• maintain cleaning procedures and sanitation audits
• conduct pre-meal staff briefings
• represent the community during inspections
• hire, train, manage, and schedule dining staff.
