The role exists to ensure seamless medical care for patients under the care of Remote Medical Inc. by facilitating communication between medical facilities and the coordination center, managing patient welfare during admissions, and providing translation services to ensure patients understand their treatment plans.

What you'll do

• Remain available for contact by the RMI GCC
• deploy to medical facilities to greet patients within 1 hour of notification
• act as a mediator between medical facilities and the GCC regarding payment methods
• provide translation services
• manage patient welfare during in-patient stays
• establish relationships with treating physicians
• provide timely status updates to the GCC.
