What you'll do

• Establish and implement assigned activity programs
• develop rapport with residents and understand their needs and interests
• maintain online documentation of resident activities and identify residents not meeting activity goals
• report deviations from plans and noticeable changes in behavior or condition to the appropriate director or nurse
• provide activity leadership as assigned
• recommend alternative programs or changes to the Director of Life Enrichment
• promote positive customer relations.
