Head Coach

The Head Coach is an onsite role based in San Antonio, TX, with an hourly pay range of $35 to $65. This position supports the fitness operations at an Orangetheory Fitness studio, a brand focused on science-backed, heart-rate-based interval training. This role exists to serve as the fitness leader and culture champion within the studio. The Head Coach is responsible for coaching excellence, member engagement, and business performance by leading the fitness team, overseeing coach development, and ensuring the consistent delivery of the Orangetheory workout experience.

What you'll do

• Lead at least 15 classes per week
• provide leadership and coaching to the fitness team
• conduct class observations and provide feedback
• support coach recruitment and onboarding
• monitor fitness-related performance metrics.
