What you'll do

• Work Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM ET, and participate in rotating weekend coverage and a shared on-call rotation
• monitor availability, latency, and system health
• investigate service degradation and potential issues
• communicate technical issues to third parties, partners, and internal teams
• write or update knowledge base articles
• collaborate on reliability improvements
• review logs, create alerts, troubleshoot failed scheduled jobs, and document procedures.
