What you'll do

• Support structured daily programming and group coordination
• build trust-based relationships with patients
• monitor patients and the facility and conduct safety checks
• communicate observations and needs to clinical and medical staff
• document observations, checks, and incidents
• transport patients to program and community appointments
• measure and record vital signs
• conduct urine drug screen and breathalyzer testing under company policy
• provide emotional support
• refer clinical concerns to therapy or medical staff
• assist with supplies, discharge preparations, and facility operations.
