What you'll do

• Conduct one-on-one case management and initial assessments
• develop work plans with youth and monitor progress through consistent follow-up and visits
• recruit youth
• maintain required program documentation and data
• help youth enroll in High School Equivalency classes
• support employer recruitment and youth employment
• connect participants with jobs, post-secondary education, and short-term training
• maintain follow-up with youth and employers for 12 months after program completion
• build community support and report progress to program managers.

Why this role

Schedule is 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some evenings and weekends. Driving for Brightpoint requires personal transportation, a valid Indiana driver’s license, and specified minimum auto insurance.
