The Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD; starting pay is $16–$18 per hour plus $2 per hour bilingual pay, with the opportunity to earn up to $450 per month in performance-based bonuses. The representative serves as a primary contact for borrowers in English and Spanish, handling questions and follow-up across phone, email, and written correspondence. The role supports accurate account servicing, documentation, compliance, and a consistent borrower experience.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound borrower calls about consumer loan servicing, payment history, account status, and repayment options
• make outbound follow-up calls
• respond to emails and written correspondence
• research accounts across servicing platforms
• document interactions and account activity
• perform administrative servicing tasks
• follow procedures and regulatory guidelines
• protect information and data privacy.
