Commercial HVAC Technician

Job overview

The Commercial HVAC Technician role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $25–$42 per hour. The technician supports service work for commercial and residential HVAC systems. What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps
• perform routine maintenance and inspections
• troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• repair or replace defective components
• interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• communicate service findings
• maintain service records
• comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
