What you'll do

• Assist with daily range management and operations
• implement and enforce standard operating procedures and club policies
• assist in supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating Range Safety Officers and cashiers
• schedule employees
• perform opening and closing procedures, security inspections, facility readiness, and cash reconciliation
• inspect ranges, buildings, equipment, safety devices, and grounds
• assist with minor maintenance
• respond to customer concerns, safety issues, emergencies, and incident reports
• monitor safety compliance
• assist with inventory and membership services.
