District Operations Manager

The manager supports and optimizes operations across multiple Micro Market, Vending, and Office Coffee Service accounts. By monitoring performance, improving service and productivity, and developing local leaders, the role contributes to customer satisfaction and district financial results.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations across multiple Micro Market, Vending, and Coffee Service locations
• improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• monitor district and branch performance against financial objectives and budgets
• analyze metrics and identify efficiency, profitability, and retention opportunities
• partner with local leaders on action plans and continuous improvement
• ensure policy, safety, food safety, and operational compliance
• support installations, openings, equipment deployments, and service transitions
• collaborate with sales on retention, account growth, and new business
• coach and develop managers and operational leaders
• assist with workforce planning, staffing, performance management, employee engagement, and labor relations.
