What you'll do

• Lead project safety initiatives
• manage project prestart and support preconstruction
• lead quantity takeoffs, trade coordination, scope development, bid packages, and schedule development
• manage subcontractor buyout, pricing, scope verification, and subcontract issuance
• manage submittal schedules
• coordinate subcontractors, owners, field teams, design teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• manage change requests, pricing, schedule impacts, and approvals
• lead project and OAC meetings
• manage pay applications
• maintain schedules with the Project Superintendent
• monitor materials, labor, procurement, and schedule impacts.
