What you'll do

• Coordinate wraparound supports for a student caseload with Academic Interventionists
• support student achievement toward Promise Neighborhood targets
• maintain service documentation
• collaborate with the Promise Neighborhood team
• work with the principal to implement the program plan
• assess student, family, and school needs
• liaise with and train grant partners
• communicate the program mission
• lead the school-level Partnership Council
• plan and implement related events and services.
