Job overview

The Millwright / Industrial Mechanic role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with a Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule; overtime is required per schedule. Pay is $24–$35 per hour. FDC Machine Repair services and repairs metal-forming equipment, including presses and heavy machinery. The mechanic troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds industrial equipment to support customers across industries from automotive to power. The role uses knowledge of machine systems and precision measurement to restore equipment function; the employer provides training in all aspects of machine repair.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild metal-forming equipment, presses, and heavy machinery
• work with hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, bearings, ball screws, and gearboxes
• read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• operate a forklift as needed
• work independently or with a team.
