What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for referral hospitals, veterinarians, and cardiology clients
• coordinate appointments, referrals, records, and scheduling
• communicate appointment availability and referral requirements
• answer calls, emails, and client inquiries
• explain appointment preparation and next steps
• coordinate changes and follow-ups
• ensure records, imaging, and lab results are available
• maintain documentation
• communicate with cardiology and hospital teams
• resolve scheduling conflicts.
