Assistant Life Enrichment Director

The Assistant Life Enrichment Director role is onsite in Needham, MA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. The position supports life enrichment programs for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents at Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The role helps plan and lead resident-centered activities that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being. It also supports the department’s calendar, volunteers, staff, documentation, supplies, and events so residents can participate in safe, engaging programs tailored to their interests and abilities.

What you'll do

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• maintain the activity calendar
• recruit and support volunteers
• build community relationships
• encourage participation through positive relationships and tailored activities
• support preparation, documentation, supplies, events, staff, and safety compliance.
