Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director role is onsite in Greenwood, SC. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year. What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align people strategy with organizational goals
• lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement
• build a high-performance culture
• oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, HR operations, and workforce planning
• use HR analytics and best practices to support organizational effectiveness and decision-making.

Why this role
