What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling
• assess trauma-related symptoms, triggers, and coping mechanisms
• develop treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• deliver mental health workshops
• collaborate with school staff on trauma-informed practices and social-emotional learning
• consult and train staff on crisis intervention and de-escalation
• coordinate with families and community agencies
• maintain confidential records and contribute to program evaluation and reporting.

Why this role
