The Strategic Finance Lead role is hybrid, based in New York, NY, with three office days each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote work on Tuesday and Friday. The stated salary range is $185,000–$200,000 per year. Cents is a vertical software company building a platform to help laundromats, dry cleaners, and garment care businesses manage and grow. As the leader of the FP&A function, this role owns budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive decision support. It partners across departments and with the CFO to strengthen financial planning, clarify business performance, and inform company strategy and investment decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• build driver-based models
• partner with Sales and Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering
• conduct analyses for executives, the board, and investors
• co-own and enhance the corporate financial model
• analyze SaaS and operational metrics
• prepare board and monthly investor materials
• develop FP&A planning and reporting processes.
