The therapist provides developmentally appropriate care, completes assessments and treatment plans, and partners with caregivers when appropriate. The role contributes to the practice’s child and adolescent services while using its clinical, administrative, and referral support to build a sustainable caseload.

What you'll do

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents
• complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• partner with parents and caregivers as clinically appropriate
• provide evidence-based, developmentally appropriate care
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• build toward approximately 25 completed sessions per week for full-time status
• collaborate with colleagues and referral partners
• participate in consultation and professional development.
