What you'll do

• Respond to resident inquiries and issues
• assist with retention, renewals, and community events
• oversee virtual concierge and package delivery operations
• support resident app, parking, storage, and amenity programs
• coordinate move-ins and building technology introductions
• maintain knowledge of leasing, pricing, availability, and amenities
• support marketing, resident functions, and leasing tours.
