The Clinical Trial Leader / Senior Project Leader is an onsite role based in Jackson, MS. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the clinical delivery team at Parexel. This role exists to provide strategic leadership and end-to-end oversight of complex global Oncology and Inflammation studies. The leader is accountable for the set-up, execution, and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring they meet defined milestones and key performance indicators.

What you'll do

• Accountable for accurate planning and operational feasibility of trial timelines.
• Lead development of core trial and patient-facing documents.
• Oversee outsourcing of vendor services.
• Maintain oversight during clinical trial conduct including adherence to GCP.
• Ensure budget oversight.
• Prepare and implement amendments of core documents.
• Coordinate and support the Medical Writer in providing the Clinical Trial Report.
• Support results/documents disclosure of global registries.
