Asset Protection Lead

The lead supervises Safe & Secure Associates and oversees site safety, security processes, and incident management. Through coaching, staffing, risk assessment, and coordination with stakeholders, the role helps maintain safe facilities and consistent security operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and develop assigned associates
• monitor team performance and policies
• recruit, orient, and train employees
• lead site incident management and preparedness
• oversee badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts, and visitor check-in
• conduct facility risk assessments
• maintain incident records and after-action reviews
