The Marketing Coordinator role is onsite in Mount Airy, NC. What you'll do

• Monitor and collect marketing campaign data, including call listening
• monitor and respond to customers on designated social media platforms
• research industry trends, consumer opinions, and competition
• gauge customer satisfaction through surveys, polls, and online feedback
• partner with a digital creator on video content
• coordinate community partners, influencers, and events
• create LinkedIn and TikTok content
• assist with internal and community events
• maintain marketing materials and accolades
• assist with ordering marketing materials.
