What you'll do

• coach, train, and provide performance feedback
• review work for accuracy and compliance
• oversee proposal letters, well setups, and ownership calculations
• direct maintenance and quality control of contracts, leases, well records, and land data
• coordinate title, curative, and regulatory matters
• monitor workflows and deadlines
• oversee land invoice processing
• support acquisitions, divestitures, audits, and special projects
• develop procedures and process improvements.
