The Merchandising Intern works onsite in Dallas, Texas, from June 7 through August 13, 2027. Pay is $20 per hour. Randa Apparel & Accessories is a global apparel and lifestyle accessories company with a portfolio of more than 30 brands. The intern supports the Merchandising and Design teams in developing seasonal product lines and learning retail and wholesale business fundamentals. The role contributes to product research, sample and line-sheet preparation, product data entry, supplier communication, and a group project presented to company leaders.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with design and merchandising teams on seasonal product lines
• review selling reports and competitive retail activity
• assist with line sheets and sample preparation
• enter product specifications into the PLM system
• organize development samples
• communicate with international suppliers
• complete a mentored group project and present recommendations to leaders.

Ten-week internship; currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA; schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch each day.
