Customer Service Manager, Front of House

The Customer Service Manager role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. Aubergine Kitchen is a health-forward fast-casual brand whose mission is changing lives with real food. The manager leads front-of-house operations during an assigned AM or PM shift, setting hospitality standards and coaching the guest-facing team. The role supports consistent service, resolves guest concerns, and helps translate operational changes into effective shift execution.

What you'll do

• Lead the counter, dining room, and lobby during the assigned shift
• monitor guest experience
• direct cashiers, runners, and lobby staff
• lead opening and closing duties
• resolve guest complaints and follow up
• coach and onboard team members
• prepare shift recaps
• maintain cleanliness and visual standards
• manage dining-room flow and front-of-house supplies
• coordinate with the kitchen
• execute menu launches and operational changes.
