The role of the Service Technician is to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of products as needed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Manage all onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks.
