What you'll do

• Provide on-site AV/VTC support
• set up, schedule, troubleshoot, maintain, replace, and install equipment
• provide in-call support and user training
• troubleshoot conference rooms and resolve technical issues
• configure drivers and update firmware for Cisco and Windows systems
• support Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business conferences on NIPR and SIPR
• manage inventory and spares
• complete preventive maintenance and weekly status reports
• create and resolve break-fix tickets.
