What you'll do

• Inspect chillers and process chilled-water systems, air-handling units, and reverse-osmosis water systems
• monitor environmental conditions
• troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• complete preventive maintenance and work orders
• track work in a CMMS
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• guide maintenance personnel
• maintain records
• respond to facility emergencies and after-hours issues
• and support projects and continuous improvement.
