What you'll do

• Provide companionship
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals and shop for groceries
• supervise safety and assist with mobility and activities of daily living
• transport clients to errands and appointments
• provide medication reminders and prescription-filling assistance
• follow care plans and report notes and health changes to the Care Team
• facilitate medical appointments and related health activities.
