What you'll do

• Lead shift-start meetings
• oversee loading and unloading, order selection, quality control, staging, and storage
• supervise and coach 15–20 hourly associates
• maintain accurate inventory transactions and flag discrepancies
• document product handling and inspections
• maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas and loading docks
• support process improvements and workflow rollouts.
