What you'll do

• Establish and maintain document-control processes and centralized storage, retrieval, and archiving
• execute change-management requests
• review documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• collaborate with subject matter experts on revisions
• conduct approved monthly GMP training in Ohio
• oversee training completion
• maintain version control and audit trails
• communicate updates
• conduct documentation audits with Quality Manager and Quality Assurance
• coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Operations
• support food safety and GMP compliance.
